Sweet Chili Sesame Noodles


  • 1/2 -16 oz box (8 oz) Thin Rice Noodles
  • 1 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1/2 cup A Taste of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 2 cups vegetables of choice

These delicious gluten free sesame-flavored noodles go with just about any entrée.


  • 15 minutes to assemble

  1. Put a large pot of salted water on to boil.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl or blender, combine tahini, Sweet Chili Sauce, dark sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and salt. Mix or blend well.
  3. Boil noodles according to bag instructions. Toss desired amount of sauce over hot rice noodles and vegetables of choice, if desired. When flavored, noodles can be served hot or cold.
  4. Refrigerate unused sauce for 2 weeks.
