Sweet Chili Sesame Noodles
Ingredients
- 1/2 -16 oz box (8 oz) Thin Rice Noodles
- 1 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 1/2 cup A Taste of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Optional: 2 cups vegetables of choice
These delicious gluten free sesame-flavored noodles go with just about any entrée.

- 15 minutes to assemble

Directions
- Put a large pot of salted water on to boil.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl or blender, combine tahini, Sweet Chili Sauce, dark sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and salt. Mix or blend well.
- Boil noodles according to bag instructions. Toss desired amount of sauce over hot rice noodles and vegetables of choice, if desired. When flavored, noodles can be served hot or cold.
- Refrigerate unused sauce for 2 weeks.
